Rent to own is a great option for those who don't have the cash on hand to purchase what they need. During the rental period, you will make regular payments to cover the cost of the item. Rent to own can be a great way to get the item you need without having to pay for it all upfront.

WHAT IS THE INTRESTE RATE?
Rent to Own does not use an interest rate
This is a month-to-month rental contract and once you complete your rental term, you own the container. There is no interest or principal, this is a rental rate. No hidden fees or buyouts. We are not a traditional financial institution and do not offer loans.
DO YOU CHECK MY CREDIT?
We do not run credit checks prior to approval, and we do not report to credit agencies. We do have the option to run a public background check at our discretion

WHAT IS THE LIABILITY DAMAGE WAIVER?
The Liability damage waiver is protection for your building when something happens to it out of your control. We do not protect the contents of the building, just the building itself. The liability Damage Waiver covers you for the total remaining balance of your contract. The cost of this protection is $8 per mth.
HOW FAR WILL YOU DELIVER?
If you decide to go with the Rent To Own option. Delivery must be within 150 miles of Denver Co & Jacksonville Fl.
